Welcome to our stunning open-concept lake house in The Reserve in Fish Haven Idaho. With luxury beds, a spacious covered deck, and breathtaking lake views, this is the perfect retreat for family and friends.
Our home includes a large grass area for kids to run and play, a state of the art theater room, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable outdoor seating/eating area. Clubhouse access includes two pools, hot tub, gym, and sport courts. Escape the crowds with The Reserve community's private beach access.
The Space
The space The house can comfortably sleep up to 22 people. Our home has two master bedrooms, one on each floor. The main floor also has a family suite which includes an attached bathroom and bedroom with twin beds. There is a hidden "playroom" under the stairs in the basement for little ones to tinker. No matter the season the basement floors are warm to the touch, thanks to radiant heating. You will also find a large deck equipped for outdoor eating, grilling, lounging and even a deck swing down below.

The Reserve is a private gated community located in Fish Haven, Idaho. The Reserve is a 5 minute drive from the Bear Lake State Park Marina and a 15 minute drive from the Bear Lake West Golf Course. The Reserve is a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Bear Lake.
